In  my area there is this shop called 'SPERM'. I was naturally curious to know why they named it so. One of the partners told me that since it is a men's only clothing store they went in for a 'different' and 'catchy' name.



Being a loud mouthed boorish guy I had a few more questions for him...

1) What would you name it as if you opened a store exclusively for ladies?

2) What would you name a unisex clothes store?

3) If the store is named 'sperm'...and if one has to help himself with the service, then what is the shopping experience called?

4) Why is there an 'egg' at the reception counter?

5) If one exits the store after a purchase what would it be called?

No prices for guessing that he looked at me like I were a roach from another planet.

The place has been done up well and is refreshing...mostly looks like a bikers lounge bar...but at times one feels its too garish. The clothes are Ok priced and not your regular type formal clothing. Curiously you can see a lot of chicks buying apparel for their beaus. I always imagine this conversation between them and their man if they receive a phone call while shopping...

Man: Honey where are you?
Girl: I am shopping for you...
Man: Come over fast sweetheart, I've got something to tell you...
Girl: But let me first finish with the Sperm thingy...
Man: What the holy @#&@!
